ManiFlow Diverter Valve
The SchuF Fetterolf Maniflow Selector Valve (MSV) is based on over 40 years of multiport diverter valve development. They are commonly used in the Oil and Gas industires.
The ManiFlow Selector Valve is a multiport valve used to replace conventional production and test manifolds in one enclosed unit.
Maniflow Selector Valve Operation
There are normally numerous (6 to 8) production inlets, one test outlet, one main outlet and a selector mecanism. Operation is either manual or by actuator. The crude flow from any of the incoming wells is diverted via the funnel like selector to the test outlet. The remaining crude is "manifolded" from the other inlets and exits directly via the main outlet.
Rotating the funnel like selector causes the crude to flow from any one of the other wells to the test outlet.
Application of the ManiFlow selector valve
The key application is for the testing and analysis of oil from two or more production wells. Typically this is achieved with a manifold with extensive piping and multiple valves.
Features & Benefits
- Combined production and test manifold
- Unifies multiple well head flows in one valve body
- Significantly reduces space, weight and cost
- Reduces the number of isolation valves required
- Radial or metal to metal sealing
ManiFlow Selector Valve Sizing
Depending on the process application, sizes from 1 inch to 10 inch are available as standard. Larger sizes to 36" are available on request. Typically manufacturered to ASME 600#, they are available in all ASME or DIN ratings.
Valve Materials
Multiflow selector manifold valves are available in cast-steel and stainless steel, with cladding in Incoloy (or Titanium).
Valve Model Numbers
Model 48SZ
